 我的股票Portfolio 2012.10.12

今年买股票的人,其实几乎都赚钱。上几个月让我意外的是PowerRoot,由RM0.55-0.56.今年跑出上到RM1.00,接下来是HuaYang,因为今年业绩和profit margin突然爆涨,在股价还没有reflect出来时候我已经买入。如果和我一样在RM1.50左右买入,现在相信已经有可观收入。

最近让我赚的是Perisai这个我希望短期投机的股票。由RM0.90买,跌下RM0.85时候加马。现在已经突破RM1.00最高目前RM1.09.自己的目标价格是RM1.20-1.40


最近调整了自己的Portfolio,将OSK卖了一半,MediaC赚了点出完。

因为大选快到了,即使最迟也是明年的3月,还有5个月了。所以目前的portfolio选择出清很多index related的股票,选择那些投机类型的股票。通常不大选hold超过3个月的。

我选择了2个:Glomac, Pesona.

Glomac买入原因简单,p/e低,而且Director 最近大手买入convert warrant,即可能派高股息??

Pesona前身是Mithril.这个恶名远传的公司卖了给人借壳上市。

最近好像有政府project,以目前这几天的Volume来看,应该还会再炒一轮,上RM0.30

Pesona Metro aims to bag PR1MA jobs

 Infrastructure construction company Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd is aiming for jobs under the government’s 1Malaysia People’s Housing Scheme or PR1MA, its director Wie Hock Kiong said.

“PR1MA offers a good supply of projects in the market in view of the government’s efforts in providing affordable housing and we would like to take this opportunity to bid for some projects under this scheme,” he told the media at the company's listing ceremony in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

Pesona, through a reverse takeover and restructuring scheme, assumed the listing status of Mithril Bhd. It raised RM10 million from its listing exercise, the bulk of which will be utilised for working capital purposes.

Pesona claims a good track record in completing 30 public and private sectors’ buildings and infrastructure works, valued at more than RM1.5 billion.

“We will seek out additional public and private sectors construction opportunities. Currently, we are bidding for approximately RM1.5 billion of tenders which will augment our strong orderbook,” Wie said.

The PR1MA housing scheme, launched by the government to help the rakyat manage costs of living in urban areas, exclusively targets to build homes ranging from RM100,000 to RM400,000.

“The PR1MA scheme presents tremendous opportunities for construction firms that can provide precast and industrialised building system (IBS), which is in line with the government’s ruling of 70% IBS content.

“We will invest in IBS technology and focus on securing construction works at PR1MA developments to boost our secured orderbook of RM705 million,” Pesona’s chairman Datuk Lee Tuck Fook said at the listing ceremony.

He said apart from bidding for construction projects, the company has invested RM5 million to embark and develop the IBS business. The shares opened at 46.5 sen and closed at 30 sen with 2.9 million shares traded on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
