I have did some analysis earlier on small property counter in Malaysia.
As of last data in 2012, now I have update them according latest result 2013, with some estimation done.
As
below table shown KSL and Plenitude now is property stock with highest
NPM>30%, but the thing is KSL Sales and Net profit double, while
Plenitude Net profit went down. Basically, top 5 Cresendo,WingTai
Malaysia and Land & General doing not bad in 2013, with both
increase in Sales and Profit margin. A suppose sign besides those big
players like UEM Sunrise, MahSing and SPSetia etc.
