马来西亚的赌博市场说起

近几年，几乎全部亚洲国家都说要兴建赌场来刺激外汇收入。
其实说起赌场，澳门和马来西亚才是先驱。而这几年新加坡两个赌场的出色业绩让很多国家都蒙起兴建赌场的念头。分别台湾还有日本，以及最近韩国都说了要兴建赌场，韩国更加说想
超越美国Las Vegas和澳门。

说起马来西亚赌博，其实还算很神奇。马来西亚虽然是一个回教国家为国教的国，但是却是其中一个最早有赌场的国家。如果你看以上图片，更加厉害的是，马来西亚赌场Revenue一年大概 5billion,即50亿，但是写万字的更利害，3家大概有RM9billion,90亿，是Casino的大概一倍，而且这还不包括那些地下赌场，写地下非法万字，还有网上赌球的等。
其实上次BJTOTO 曾经建议赌球合法化，因为这个市场很大。可以最后还是胎死腹中

说到新加坡的赌场，还是有马来西亚Genting Group 的RW Sentosa,还有金沙的 Marina Sands.当初有这个说法-新加坡的Casino Revenue将会超越Las Vegas成为世界No2, after Macau


2011年这两家赌场成绩如下
MBS raked in gross gaming revenue of over US$2 billion
Resorts World Sentosa recorded net gaming revenue of close to US$2.6 billion in 2011.
Analysts said the combined gross gaming revenue of Singapore's two casinos is about US$5.7 billion.
This is just a shy away from the total gaming revenue of US$6.1 billion collected from more than 20 casinos along Las Vegas Strip.

有个机构对全球的Gaming revenue做了统计

Global gambling revenues passed US$ 400 billion, according to the latest research undertaken by Global Betting and Gaming Consultants for its Global Gambling Report – Betting on Regulation.
GBGC’s provisional figures show that gambling activities generated US$ 419 billion in revenues across the world in 2011.This figure is an increase of 5.6% on the previous year.

In 2011 the world’s lotteries had the highest share of gambling revenues, accounting for 28.4% of the total. But the growth of casinos in jurisdictions likes Macau and Singapore means that commercial casinos (excluding US tribal gaming) are closing in on the lotteries with a share of 27.7%. GBGC forecasts that commercial casinos will overtake lotteries as the leading gambling activity in 2012.
